Keytags are a convenient and low cost way to brand your club or studio and identify your members. Streamline your member checkin.

Generally studios and clubs put their logo on the front and the barcode and member/card number on the reverse for easy scanning. Some contact/marketing information can also be included on the reverse. Membership or card numbers of 4 to 5 digits with leading zeroes are recommended e.g. 01000 through 02000.

Artwork Requirements:

Hi-resolution (at least 300dpi) or preferably Vector artwork (.eps or .ai) if you have it. This is preferable in case we have to edit or add backgrounds, although we can work with non-vectored with some workarounds if needed.
If text exists in the artwork – that all fonts are outlined (converted to curves). If required fonts are not on our system we can sometimes download free, or if we need to download a chargeable font we on charge the cost.
A digital proof will be provided for sign-off prior to printing.

Quantity 300 : 95 cents each inc GST
Quantity 400 : 80 cents each inc GST
Quantity 500 : 65 cents each inc GST
Quantity 1,000 : 50 cents each inc GST
Quantity 2,000 : 40 cents each inc GST
Quantity 3,000 : 38 cents each inc GST

Freight within Australia is $13.50 inc GST for quantities under 1,000 and $16.50 inc GST for 1,000 or more (via Australian Air Express).

A setup and administrative fee of $50 inc GST applies to your initial order. For subsequent prints this is waived.
